Ordering & Payment
Welcome to Trunk Home. Shopping with us couldn’t be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. When you’re ready, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details so we can complete the order. Your postcode will be required before we can give you an accurate delivery quote on larger or heavier items.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Maestro through the secure online payment facility on this website. You can also pay using PayPal.
Alternatively you can speak to us in person and order by phone on 0845 299 3519 (local rate call). Should you prefer to pay by cheque, you can place your order by phone, and send your payment to the following address. Trunk Home, Unit 2/9-2 , 115 Wembley Commercial Centre, East Lane, North Wembley, Middlesex HA9 7UR.
Cheques should be made payable to Orissa Design Ltd – please do not forget to include the delivery charge in the total. If paying by cheque, please note that we cannot reserve the stock for you until we actually receive the payment – you may wish to consider this when ordering any special offer or end of line stock. Your order will then be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared by our bank.
When do you charge my credit/debit card?
In the majority of cases your goods will be dispatched within a few days of receipt of your order and due to this your card will be charged at the time of placing your order.
If the items you want are not immediately available, your card will still be charged at the time of placing the order. This enables us to reserve the items you have requested from the next available delivery.
