Delivery and Returns
Our goal at Trunk is to ensure you get your order in the quickest, safest and most economical way. We deliver our furniture all over the UK, with two-man delivery teams offering assembly when necessary. Smaller items can be posted or collected as detailed below. We would love to see our products used all around the world, we welcome international deliveries, please contact us for a quote. All delivery charges below are for delivery to a single address. There is only one charge per order, regardless of the number of items. Delivery cost is shown on entry of your post code at the checkout.

- A 'white-glove’, two-man crew deliver your furniture to the room you specify.
- We unpack and assemble where necessary.
- We take away all the packaging.

Accessories & manageable loads (including some furniture) will be delivered by mail, or courier service. Our couriers will be in contact to ensure there will be someone to sign for the delivery. Options are available - for instance you can choose to have your order left with a neighbour.
Mirrors & fragile items
These are classed as furniture and delivered by our own specialist service.
Standard Price £15.90 - £19.90 for small items to across Europe and £35.90 to the US per delivery address. Please be aware delivery times may vary.
For larger items please contact us prior to ordering so that we can obtain you a quote for delivery.

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?
Standard delivery by mail or courier - up to 7 days, but in many cases the next working day
Furniture delivery – within 14 days – two-man, white-glove service.
If you need an item for a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your schedule. Our delivery guys visit most postcodes once a week.
We aim to sell all items from stock, however for your convenience the availability of every item is detailed alongside the product information. If an item you order is not immediately available, we will contact you upon receipt of your order with details of an estimated delivery date.
Will I need to sign on delivery?
Deliveries normally happen Monday to Friday during working hours and we do need a signature. If you know you won't be in, just give us a different delivery address – perhaps a neighbour who wouldn't mind taking delivery and signing for you. Once your order has left us, re-routing to a different address is only possible to a point, and we have to charge you extra. Let us know as soon as you can and we'll see what we can do. Our two-man delivery service normally delivers midweek. But again we will try and be as flexible as we can.
How will my goods be delivered?
Smaller items such as soft furnishings and accessories are delivered by our courier or Royal Mail, depending on the size and weight of your order. We’ll get on and dispatch it just as soon as possible and ordinarily you will have your goods within 7 days. We won't ring you unless there's a technical glitch.
For all furniture, we'll ring you to talk through the delivery details before we dispatch your items from our warehouse. We'd never leave your beautiful furniture sitting on a doorstep. That's why we need your daytime phone number to give you a call. For smaller items, we aim to deliver within 7 days, and for items requiring our two-man service, within 14 days.
Important - Does it fit?
With larger items we will always make sure your furniture will physically fit in your home and through narrow hallways or doors. We do have to charge for orders that can't be delivered so please check the dimensions carefully and if you're not sure, call us. Also, if you're not there to take delivery on the agreed date, we charge £60 minimum towards the cost of either a second delivery attempt or return delivery to Trunk headquarters.
What is your returns policy?
We hope that your order will be just what you wanted, but in case it isn’t, we are happy to offer you a 14 day* money-back guarantee on all goods. To return any goods, please call 0845 299 3519 (local call rate) in the first instance to arrange the courier collection. You may return any unused goods with their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely and in a saleable condition.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies. You can contact us by email or telephone 0845 299 3519 (local rate call).
*Please note the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 Act specifies a 7 day ‘cooling off’ period which TRUNK is pleased to voluntarily extend to 14 days.
How do I return an item?
The most cost-effective way to return goods is often to use our couriers and therefore we would ask you to simply contact us by email at email@example.com or telephone 0845 299 3519 (local rate call) and we will issue a returns code and clarify the details of the return method.

Will there be a returns collection charge?
If the return is required as a result of our error there is no collection charge. In other circumstances, in particular for large furniture items, a charge of up to £60 may be levied to cover the direct costs of the return (even in the case of the original delivery being free of charge).
